Adopting and raising a Golden Retriever Puppy is a huge responsibility!! Please do your "Doggie Homework" and prepare your heart and home for your new little family member!

An 8 week old Golden Retriever Puppy is still a "baby" and needs lots of gentle love, care and discipline.
At "Puppy pick up time" we will completely review with you, your new puppy's needs and schedules!! We will also explain exactly how to register your new puppy with AKC and offer some training ideas and suggestions!

The health of your Golden is of utmost importance!! Goldens need to exercise and be groomed on a regular basis! They need to be kept current on all immunizations and wormings! Quality Vitamins & Probiotics are highly recommended! We have done everything humanly possible to give your precious puppy the best start in life! it is our hopes and prayer that you would continue this awesome care with lots of love, throughout the life of your Golden!

From a young age, socializing your new little Golden is important! However, special care must be taken to gradually introduce your puppy to new people, other dogs, new toys, different environments, etc. to help your puppy grow into a confident and well adjusted adult Golden!
It is also very important to wait until your puppy has completed all of his/her puppy shots before exposing him/her to other unvaccinated dogs, dog parks, the beach, or any public area!
